Honest Attic Insulation & Air Sealing in Ottawa

I was very sceptical when I was told that, under the new R60 standards, we were recommended to add at least 9 inches of insulation to our attic. Although we didn't have any ice spikes under our roof during the winter, we did have rooms on the second floor that were significantly colder than others. Yet our house isn't that old. It was built in 2002. When Pierre came to insulate the attic with cellulose, we noticed an immediate difference. The temperature upstairs is now stable in all rooms, making our lives more comfortable.

Job well done. No shortcuts as explained on site visit. Older homes need the upgrade and all issues where pointed out. Good cleanup.
